Had relaxing stay for 3 nights. The room was spotless with private bathroom and the view was amazing. The bed was large for those with back pain. Also, location was good and fab, at walking distance from a shopping mall.

The All Inclusive offer was fantastic.

The type of room (family room) was good. The pool variety was good. The location was near the city & easy access.

The room wasn't clean, so we had had to clean it ourselfs. We had to talk to the operation manager so that the rooms where cleaned after two days. The food quality wasn't up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Lowering the rate of the hotel brought down the standard guest type which annoyed us & lot of other guests. The of the slipt air condition in the each room was so high, instead a central a/c should be available. Any request from the room (such as extra blanket, extra pillow, extra towels, etc) used take them a several calls from us. The buffet restaurant wasn't organised. The plates & cups at the restaurants was so dirty (although we showed it to them). The cups & plates in the room kitchen was dirty (we had pictures).

The restaurant's location was beautiful, and we had a pleasant meal at Mughal Mahal nearby.

The hotel is Excellent for Children and Family. The hotel is 10 mints away from the airport; we got picked up by the hotel car which was ok and cost 30 $ from airport to hotel and another 30 $ from hotel to airport.The rooms are clean and large,everyday a large bottle of water left in our room with new towels. All drinks were included with the room, we never felt thirsty, as beer was served until 12 o’clock in night no charge and soft drinks too. Breakfast,lunch , dinner were fine and no charge as it was with the room price. There are two beaches; one is sandy beach which is very good for children and larger than the second one which is rocky beach that where snorkelling was. Children Swimming pool were great and excellent for children, our children loved it.There is no problem in transportation as there were regular buses to sandy beach and rocky beach and Namma bay which was ok with us and free of charge.The ice cream gets served from 12:30 pm until 5 pm no charge although it is small but you can ask for more if you want. Animation team and entraining were great we all loved it. The hotel is really amazing and very good for family with children, definitely we will back to the hotel again

My only complaint is the ice cream guy which was not friendly and cheeky towards people and young children unless you shout at him.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. the staff, everyone, was amazingly kind and accommodating. 3. the family room was wonderful, very well taken care of. 4. the location was excellent, relatively close to a refined casino. 5. There were a shopping centre and an old market around the hotel. 6. the restaurant was really nice and its tasty dishes are to die for.

Some rooms here had issues with the air conditioning not working properly, which made it uncomfortable. the bathrooms were in need of improvement, and the internet connection was unreliable. 🤷‍♂️

The hygiene and cleanliness are very bad, the food is bad and the rating 5 stars is untrue by all means

Everything, it was a disaster vacation in this hotel, nothing was good, neither service nor staff nor food nor cleaning, it's a really disaster, I advice to not book this hotel, and I advice the owner of this hotel to close it or change the management, I was in this hotel last year it was good its name was Three Cormers Kiroseiz but now with the new management it's a real disaster. Can anyone imagine, the operation manager Mr. Richard, can't do anything to us when we do a complain to him even he couldn't talk to the cleaning staff nor to the restaurant staff, for exemple there was more than 1000 guest during the lunch time and there was ony 4 waiters to serve them can you imagine the mess. Conclusion : the service was for less than 2 stars hotel, don't ever think to book this hotel and I will not do it anymore.

Great location near attractions and sightseeing spots. the staff here were helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything needed. 🌟
